The journey begins in Buôn Ma Thuột - our hometown, and where our partner cooperative, supported by Everyhalf, entered its very first production season. A land of sun and wind, where all four seasons seem to pass within a single day, and where each harvest brings clusters of ripe, full coffee cherries.
At the cooperative, we process our Fine Robusta using only carefully selected ripe cherries - 100% of which are used in Everyhalf coffees. Among the farmers, Hải and Phượng stand out as long-time partners. What began with just a few dozen kilograms has grown into more than 10 tons of hand-picked ripe cherries, delivered to the cooperative for processing and fermentation.
Despite the volatility of the market, they remain patient - waiting until the cherries are fully ripe before harvesting. For them, ripeness is a commitment to quality. And for us, it is a trust we continue to place in this land.

Pour 40g of water evenly over the coffee grounds.

Wait 30-40s seconds to allow the coffee to bloom.

Slowly pour in a steady stream until the scale reaches 120g.

Maintain a gentle flow and even water level.
